Militiamen chuckle as they travel on the rear of a pick-up truck, hurrying past a series of several corpses and driving in the direction of the descending Sudan's sunset.
"See this extensive accomplishment. Look at this instance of mass destruction," one cheers.
The fighter grins as he directs the recording device on himself and his associate fighters, their paramilitary identification on display: "The victims shall all be killed like this."
The men are exulting in a massacre that humanitarian officials believe resulted in the deaths of over two thousand people in the Sudanese urban center of the Darfur city during October.
Having held the community under encirclement for nearly 24 months, from August the RSF advanced to consolidate its dominance and restrict the remaining inhabitants.
Satellite images show that troops commenced to construct a massive sand wall - a raised sand barrier - encircling the perimeter of el-Fasher, closing roads and halting relief supplies.
As the siege escalated, seventy-eight individuals were murdered in an RSF strike on a place of worship on 19 September, while the UN reported 53 further were killed in aerial and heavy weapon bombardments on a makeshift community in the autumn.
In the early morning on late October the paramilitary force overwhelmed the remaining government strongholds and captured the central compound in the community, the command center of the Military Unit, as the army pulled back.
Perhaps the most graphic recordings to surface and analysed showed the consequences of a mass killing at a university building on the western of the community, where scores corpses were visible scattered across the ground.
An elderly individual wearing a white tunic remained isolated surrounded by the victims. The man looked to gaze as a combatant carrying with a weapon proceeded descending the stairs towards him. pointing his firearm, the shooter fired a solitary round at the individual, who collapsed to the floor still.
"For what reason is this one yet living," one militiaman cried. "Shoot this one."
Satellite images taken on October 26th indicated to confirm that executions were furthermore conducted on the streets of el-Fasher, as reported by a study released by the university analysis team.
One eyewitness who spoke reported they had witnessed "many of our family members being executed - the victims were collected in a single location and everyone eliminated."
Following the events that came after the massacre, RSF commander conceded that his troops had committed "violations" and said the incidents would be looked into.
Included among apprehended was following a report documenting his executions. Deliberately choreographed and produced video shared on the militia's formal Telegram platform depict the commander being escorted into a cell at a detention facility on the perimeter of el-Fasher.
Simultaneously, the militia and connected digital accounts commenced trying to reframe the account.
Posts showing its militiamen providing aid to inhabitants were shared by several individuals, while the militia's public relations unit shared several recordings allegedly to show the humane treatment of army captives.
In spite of the online initiative being deployed by the militia, their actions in the city have generated global outrage.
